At the end of June we had the grandkids here for a week, and then we met Chuck & Michelle in Atlanta.  A few pics [HERE]

We have in the past three months lost our two 19 year old cats, but now we have a new face here at Tree Castle.  His name is Snickers.  See him [HERE]

Our Uncle Bill celebrated his 92nd birthday on March 22nd.  Most of the Turner family gathered in Washington, DC for this 2 day event, and we took bunches of pictures.  See them [HERE]

2002

Weird weather today for mid-November - it's almost spring like with temps in the 70s, but the colors are awesome.  Check it out [HERE]

We drove Glo's Miata into the Smokies to see the fall colors which has been slow to get here this year.  It was definitely a Miata top down day and although there were clouds in the high elevations, it was a great day.  See the photos we took [HERE]

We are really getting to a Fall mood with our decorations and those around the development.  See them [HERE]

Wild life is plentiful here in East Tennessee, and in Dogwood Farms we've had a very large black bear wandering around, but a flock of 11 turkeys calls this home.  See them [HERE].

Well the trip to Florida is behind us, but Glo is now the proud owner of '02 Miata Special Edition.  These are the first photos taken in Tampa by a very close friend.  Check them out [HERE].

Glo's getting a new Miata on June 12th.  These will most likely be the last pictures of her '97.  See them [HERE]

The landscaping project seems to be about done, but will Glo ever be finished???  See what she's accomplished so far [HERE].

Spring is here and now after a year in the house, our landscaping project is well underway.  Not everything is in full bloom, but here's what we have so far.  Check [HERE].

Chuck took some panorama shots while here last year, and he recently sent them to us.  They are spectacular.  Look at them [HERE]

Although we haven't had much snow this year, recently we have had a lot of rain.  A trip in the Park showed us just how much rain.  When we took these shots the river was up a few feet.  24 hours later it was even higher.  Check it out [HERE]

Winter took its sweet time arriving this year, but we finally had our first snow fall on January 6th.  It ended up being a lot less than predicted, but it's really pretty.  See it [HERE]

2001

The first Christmas at Tree Castle was enjoyed by Cherie, Chuck, Michelle, Allie and Brendan.  Santa was too good to us.  See for yourself [HERE]

Now that summer has gone along with the humidity, sunrises and sunsets are again a thing of beauty.  Check out these sunrise photos from September 17th [HERE]

One item not part of the house construction was getting a driveway.  On August 8th after all the family had departed, we finally got one.  See the photos [HERE]

In early August Chuck, Michelle, Allie and Brendan made another trek to Tree Castle so that Brendan could enjoy seeing Thomas the Tank Engine in nearby North Carolina.  Charlie and Ruth also made their first visit then.  See the photos [HERE]

In July we took a 12 day trip to Ireland with Noel and Elaine.  We took lots of photos - way too many to put them all here.  See some of them [HERE]

Chuck, Michelle, Allie and Brendan came to visit us at the end of April.  While they were here we went to Dollywood and of course we took photos.  See them [HERE]

Our Uncle Bill celebrated his 90th birthday on March 24th.  The Turner family gathered for this gala event, and we took bunches of pictures.  See them [HERE]

2000

We made a trip to Florida from October 12th to October 18th.  We took a bunch of pictures of the family - see them [HERE] 

There was a Turner Family reunion August 11th - 13th.  Pictures and video from this glorious event can be viewed  [HERE]
